Welcome to Bye Bye DIY, London’s cheapest and longest established flat-pack furniture assembler. Having been in furniture retail for over 20 years, I long ago realised that very few people actually enjoy putting together self-assembly furniture, and will quite happily pay me and my experienced team of fitters to do the dreaded task for them.
While working in a furniture shop I quite often had customers come back to me and say ”I’m moving house and do you know anyone who would dismantle my wardrobe and reassemble it at my new address or I just bought a unit from Argos or IKEA and do you know anyone that can put it together for me”. At first I used to go out in the evenings and on my days off to do the odd job. But eventually as I got busier and busier I had to get other members of staff to help me. Until finally in the late eighties I decided to take it on full time and cultivated a small team of experienced fitters, which have steadily grown to where we are today London’s No’1’ self assembly / flatpack assembler.
